C. Augustus "Gus" Mathews is the Production Electrician at Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma and additionally assists as a carpenter and welder.

He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2022 with a BA in Theatre with an emphasis in Design and Technology.
Additionally, Gus is a house electrician with the Civic Center Music Hall and the Rose State Performing Arts Center.
When not working with Lyric or the Civic Center, Gus also works with IATSE Local 112 and Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre as an electrician.
